After the imprinted which is transferred from the sublimation offset printing plates to the paper by the rubber cloth, generally requirements for within 4 hours which is drying, in order to facilitate the next color printed or finished product testing and shipped out of the factory. Imprinted drying have three aspects factor. And many reasons for caused by imprinting not dry, for example:
①Paper’s PH value is acidic that below 6.
②Large of water and ink on the plate, cause serious ink emulsification.
③Workshop’s temperature is low, relative humidity is higher than 75%.
④The absorbency of paper is poor.
⑤Too much additive is mixed with ink, such as varnish and viscosity reducer.
⑥Usage amount of liquid driers is too little.
